First download and install these to fix B.O.T.S. and the Robofriends error or if you want to be easy to download, download all direct from my google drive account (link) then try to play B.O.T.S. and the Robofriends and if is not working, try next.

You have to UNINSTALL all vcredists from your windows !!
You can do this one by one from:
1. Select search from bottom left of your screen
2. type remove
3. Select Add or remove programs
4. Uninstall all one by one
5. Restart windows
6. Clean left overs with this
Download all versions (or go to downloads and install if you have already downloaded)
Install all from 2005 to 2017 (you can also install 2019 version but is not needed for B.O.T.S. and the Robofriends)
Or you can use an dedicated unistaller software ?? (see it here)
