Go here and detect the name of your video card, then choose the driver to download
Install new driver (or update it) then you have to do some Hammerting Game 2021 tweaks.
Note!! Driver from windows update is not latest and fastest driver !! You have to download it manualy (link in guide with video card detector)
Now you have latest driver installed right ? Right click on your desktop and select:

2. Set Texture Filtering Quality to Performance and Maximum Tessellation to OFF

The last option would be to overclock the video card, but it is a very dangerous option if the video card does not have a powerful fan Hammerting Game 2021.
